Step-by-Step Guide: Using the Conceptual Framework Builder App
This guide will walk you through the process of using your conceptual framework builder app to quickly create a simple and structured conceptual framework with ease.
Directions

Step 1: Launch the App
1. Familiarize Yourself: Take a moment to explore the interface, noting key sections such as input boxes and the preview window.
Step 2: Enter Variables
1. Identify Variables: Determine the variables you wish to use in your framework. You will need to identify:
- Independent Variables
- Moderating Variables
- Dependent Variables
If there is no Moderating Variable, click the X mark to remove it from the conceptual framework model.
2. Enter Variables:
- Independent Variables: Enter each independent variable into the designated input box.
- Moderating Variables: Enter any moderating variables into their respective input box.
- Dependent Variables: Enter the dependent variables into the final input box.
Click the plus sign (+) opposite the type of variable (e.g. independent, dependent or moderating variable) if you want to add more variables.
3. Real-time Preview: As you enter the variables, observe how they appear and interact in the preview window. This allows you to adjust and ensure your framework is accurately represented.
Step 3: Review and Adjust
- Check Layout: Ensure that the variables are correctly formatted and displayed within the preview window.
- Make Adjustments: If needed, adjust the variables or reposition them within the input boxes according to your framework requirements.
Step 4: Download Your Framework
- Select Format: Choose whether you want to download your framework as a PNG or SVG file. PNG is ideal for easy sharing, while SVG is great for maintaining quality when resizing.
- Download: Click the download button. Your file will be saved to your designated download folder or location.
Congratulations! You have successfully created and downloaded your conceptual framework using the builder app. You can now easily share or incorporate your framework into your projects.
